The Seiwa sitting stitching pony is built of beautiful birch and made in Japan. The build quality is superb, just the right size and really simple to use.
This style stitching pony utilizes a pressure fit to the jaws. The jaws are dialed in at just the right tension to keep your leather project snug but not too tight. No need to adjust any tightening knobs, just open the arms with the provided spreading tool drop your leather in and you're ready to go!
The arms can rotate to set an angle to your work that is ideal to stitching. The sitting attachment has nice soft angles so that it is comfortable for long hours of work.
